Brown Commercial completes four transactions totaling 15,450 SF
Brown Commercial Group has completed three leases and one sale totaling 15,450 square feet in Chicago’s western suburbs. Each of the transactions represented the expansion of a company or the start of a new business.
“From auto parts to glass to a new brewery, the growth of businesses throughout the western suburbs is continuing at a steady rate,” said Brown Commercial Group president Dan Brown. “We’re finding that industrial spaces are becoming hard to find in these areas.”
Two of the transactions were in St. Charles, Illinois. Sales associate Maria McNeil represented a new brewery and tap room in its lease of 4,800 square feet at 1860 Dean Street, Unit A. The building owner, a private investor, was represented by Coleman Land Company’s Mark Coleman. McNeil also represented Growing Custom Motor Company in its lease of 3,150 square feet at 1820 Production Street.
Senior vice president Trinity Scurto and associate Daly Guzaldo represented GP Company Glass in buying a 5,000-square-foot building at 1250 Jarvis Avenue in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. The seller, Techpool Tool Corporation, was represented by senior associate Mason Hezner. In Elburn, Illinois, sales associate Brian Lindgren represented both the tenant and the building owner, New Day Investments, LLC, in a 2,500 square foot lease at 39W835 Midan Drive, Unit A. The tenant is performance auto parts manufacturer CJ Motorsports.
