Brown Commercial Group closed five deals in Chicago suburbs

350-360 Lively Blvd., Elk Grove Village, IL

Brown Commercial Group represented five growing businesses in finding a total of 31,626 square feet of space for expansion in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.

“Many of these users were growing out of their first start-up spaces and renting or buying larger or more efficient spaces to meet their increasing business needs,” said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. “In many submarkets, vacancy remains low and it can be a challenge to find ideal spaces for expanding businesses.”

Brown Commercial Group broker, Brian Lindgren, represented AJD Concrete Construction in its acquisition of a 7,891-square-foot building at 1520 Gilpen Avenue in South Elgin, Illinois. Brown Commercial Group broker, Maria McNeil, represented the seller, a private investor, in the off-market transaction.

McNeil also represented Deshazo Crane in its 5,760-square-foot lease at 1380 Gateway Drive, Elgin, Illinois. Cawley Chicago’s Matt Garland represented the building owner.

Brown Commercial Group senior broker, Mason Hezner, represented Maxicrop USA, Inc, a Norwegian fertilizer distribution company, in its lease of 7,200 square feet at 648 Bennett Road in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. McLennan Commercial Properties, Inc.’s John Carbone represented the landlord, 640-650 Bennett LLC.

Broker Matt Hanson represented Plycon Transportation Group, a vehicle shipping company, in its lease of 7,125 square feet at 702 Thomas Drive in Bensenville, Illinois. Value Industrial Partners’ Brian Gedvilas represented the building owner. Finally, Hezner represented the owner of 360 Lively Boulevard in Elk Grove Village in a 3,700-square-foot lease to Fountain Pros, LLC, which was represented by Brown Commercial Group broker Candace Scurto.
