Brown Commercial Group leases 16,000 square feet in Chicago Suburbs

1130-Howard-Street-1024x386Brown Commercial Group brokered four leases totaling 16,000 square feet in Chicago’s suburban market.  Most of the transactions involved companies that were expanding their respective businesses and needed space quickly.


Three leases were completed by senior vice president Trinity Scurto-

  • The landlord and tenant in leasing 3,840 square feet at 10915 Franklin Ave., Unit C in Franklin Park, IL. Oak Brook Apple LLC is as the landlord; Rushmore Transportation Ltd. is the tenant.
  • Tangerine Mountain, a seller and distributor of authentic vintage garments from Japan, in the lease of a 2,132 square foot office/distribution space at 1187 Tower Road in Schaumburg, IL. SD&S Properties, Inc., the property’s owner, was self-represented by David Mokhtarian.
  • M&M Construction and Development in a 1,466-square-foot lease at 469 Fullerton Ave. in Elmhurst, IL. Pat Lederer of Korman/Lederer and Associates represented the ownership. Scurto completed the transaction in two days to help the tenant secure the lease for its expanding business.

Also, Brown Commercial Group’s Sales Associate, Mason Hezner,  represented Compass Relocation, Inc. in the lease of 8,500 square feet at 1130 Howard Street in Elk Grove Village, IL.  Sierra Realty’s Robert Desalvo represented the landlord.
