Brown Commercial Group broker Brian Lindgren represented Willow Tree LLC in the sale of an 18,095-square-foot industrial building at 1635 Lancaster Road in South Elgin, Illinois to Caracas Transportation, Inc. Worth Clark Realty’s Ilie Haures represented the buyer.
“We continue to see transportation, logistics and other industrial firms expanding in the Chicago market and looking for well-located sites that allow them to easily connect to major transportation routes,” said Dan Brown, president of Brown Commercial Group. “Given the limited supply of truck parking throughout suburbs, those types of spaces are in big demand.”
Lake County LLC leased 6,980 square feet at 916 Donata Court in Lake Zurich, Illinois, to Beyond Components, Inc. Brown Commercial Group senior broker Mason Hezner represented the tenant, a distributor of high-end electronics and electromechanical equipment.
