Photo courtesy of Brown Commercial GroupADDISON — Lakeside Screw Products Inc. has sold its two industrial buildings at 1395 and 1401 Jeffrey Dr. in Addison, according to Brown Commercial Group, which represented the buyer.
The buildings are in the Addison Industrial Park. An unnamed private investor purchased the two buildings, which total 37,725 square feet.
“This was an ideal investment opportunity for the buyer, who is aggressively expanding their portfolio in core suburban industrial markets,” said Mike Antonelli, a partner with Brown Commercial Group. “This transaction allows the buyer to renovate the buildings to today’s standards and enhance its value to future tenants.”
Jennifer Sosko of RE/MAX represented the seller. Lakeside sold the buildings with plans to expand its business, Brown Commercial Group said.
